    MainResponsibilities:

    • Arranging the cost approval fromBusiness or from department for each and every works. Issuing Localpurchase order and checking the works and getting the feedback fromthe work requestor upon the completion. After ensuring, the invoicewill be processed for releasing thepayments.
    • Getting involved in all stages fromthe kickoff onwards. Preparing a timeline from the mobilization ofsite to the completion and handing over the unit to business.Continuous follow-ups and updating the weekly status to themanagement. Ensuring the works are completed as per the target dateand met the EI standards andrequirements.
    • Arranging the required policepermissions, mall NOC's and other kind of assistancerequired in the middle of job execution.
    • Closemonitoring of budgets.
    • Managing all the filesand keeping the relevant documents copy in the department store bymanually and electronically.
    • Validating thebank guarantees receiving from the contractors and securingthem.
    • Preparing memos and required documentsfor all the works and sending them to the concernedpersonals.
    • Taking MOM's for all themeeting happening internally in our department.
