    ClientIntroduction:

    ProjectBrief:

    To provideIndustry best procurement Implementation strategy and operatingmodel for the domain which meets business domains and enterpriseneeds. Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables

    Work very closely with Management ProcurementDirector and team to understand the business requirements andclosely work with SAP Ariba Implementing partner and internal ITteams.

    Lead through the lifecycle of an SAPAriba implementation.

    Define and communicateStrategy that balances the needs of the Enterprise and the Businessdomains

    Guide through the design process tomake decisions with full visibility into SAP Ariba Best Practices.

    Evaluate potential solutions against businessrequirements ensuring they are aligned to broader architectural andsecurity standards and that they meet tactical and strategicobjectives.

    Understand Process and problemsanticipates needs / Identifies issues and approaches fordetermining potential solutions.

    Assist in thedevelopment of processes and procedures which leverage SAP Aribasolution functionality being deployed.

    Plansand manages project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables areon time within budget and meet quality standards to achieve highsatisfaction.

    Share expertise through trainingand communications with ensuring knowledge transfer and the desiredlevel of selfsufficiency is achieved.

    Knowledgein Interfacing Master data from SAP ERP to Ariba and Vice Versa

    Work with Development/QA teams to build/testthe solution

    Document functional businessrequirements process flow diagrams and business cases

    Facilitate review sessions with Business ownersand enduser representatives

    Demonstratebusiness knowledge and expertise to drive business processimprovements

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE ANDSKILLS

    Process Orientation:Identifies problems and initiates necessary changes; designspractices procedures and systems to manage work simply

    DecisionMaking: Considers the relative costsand benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriateone; acts decisively and swiftly

    Support theBusiness Domain leaders to build lead develop appraise and motivatea team of resources that it is capable of satisfying theaccountabilities described above

    Provenexperience in delivering this type of solutions to challengingbusiness requirements for project initiatives Exposure andExperience on areas such as Procurement Process Improvement SAPAriba implementation

    EXPERIENCE

    More than 12 years of experiencein Project Management and Procurement transformation

    Minimum of 5 years experience as SAP Ariba andSAP ERP

    Handson experience with implementingSAP Ariba programs EDUCATION

    Bachelors degreein data science computer science engineering or related field.Masters preferred
