    About TheOpportunity

    • Conduct business reviews withaccounts and identify business opportunities and businessrelationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue,profitability and market share.
    • Maintain acontinuous business relationship withpartners.
    • Provide excellent service and supportin order to build strong relationship and resolve operationalissues between partners and the company.

    Lead the team ofaccount managers to:

    • Ensure that the menus of the clientsare up to date at all times.
    • Optimize thepartner's content (MOA, deliverytime).
    • Commission rate renegotiation: -Buildingnew commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts byrenegotiating the offer.
    • Advertisement sales:Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, brandingTalabat stickers at the client, banners andnewsletters.
    • Transmission method optimization:Convincing partners to implement track order feature and changingthe transmission method to WLA.
    • Convincepartners for promotions and offers.
    • Encouragepartners to subscribe for the online paymentgateway.
    • Coordinate with the partners, ifactive on the Talabat application, check and resolve the issues,such as shutdown or stopped delivery.
    • Maintainaccurate records of all sales and prospecting activitiesincluding:
    • Closedsales
    • Follow-upactivities
    • Sales expensereport
    • Increased sales report after placingpromotion, voucher and coupons
    • Partner analysissheet
    • Account management report

    What you need to besuccessful

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or any related field.
    • Must have4-5 years of experience in sales in a techindustry.
    • Experience with building and leadingcommercial teams.
    • Excellent analytical skillswith the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts ofdata.
    • Adaptability and strong problem-solvingskills.
    • Arabic speaking is amust
    • Commitment to coach and not just managewith a shared goal of building high-performanceteams.
    • Comfortable working in a challengingenvironment.
    • *Residency in or relocation toAl-Ain is a must*
