    Core Purpose:

    TheAdmissions Assistant will be a true ambassador of the Schoolproviding a professional and highly focused customerserviceapproach. As a representative of the School the post holder willalso work to develop links and partnerships with the parentbusinesses and local community contacts to support mutualdevelopment and growth whilst raising the profile and position ofthe School. The post holder will be responsible for managing andconverting leads to maximise pupil numbers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manageleads and translate leads into enrolments to maximise pupil numbers
    • Support leadgeneration and school awareness through in school events and localpartnerships to help the school become the school of choice for thelocal community
    • Take an active role in theday to day running of the school in relation toadmissions
    • Follow up on all new enquirieswithin one working day answering questions and converting enquiriesto admissions meetings with Principal or Head of School
    • Liaise with families about all aspects of the admissionsprocess following up in line with the admissions and chasingprocesses of the school working alongside the admissions teammembers to ensure appropriate split of call volume andchasing
    • Following up after meetings for alltheir appointments up to and including an offer being made andliaising with the registrar and finance so there is a smooth handover for offers
    • Lead parent tours and supportmeetings as required
    • Manage and maintain theappointment calendar chasing any missed appointments and ensuringthe welcome area for parents is prepared before meetings to ensurethe best journey through the school
    • Managingthe event calendar with the School Leaders to include parentrecruitment events promoting these events with the support ofmarketing and running these events to maximise student recruitmentwith the School Leaders.
    • Managing themultiple databases of parent enquiries
    • Participate regularly in the admission/marketing team meetings andto share information with the school leaders and ISPdaily
    • Contribute to the wider life of theschool
    • Cover the reception desk as requiredon a daily basis and support the general administration of theschool
    • Contribute to the weekly KPI andcapacity reports enrolment reports and pipeline reports with thesupport of the Registrar and head of admissions due to ISP on aweekly basis sharing data analysis with suggestions asopportunities arise
    • Manage and set up theappointment calendar
    • Be a primary contact for new incoming enquiries via arange of sources
    • Organise admissions meetingsand open events guiding families through the admissions process toenrolment while providing stateoftheart customer service
    • Regularly reviewingand developing admissions documents parent communication platformsand templates and marketing collaterals to ensure accurateinformation and best practice
    • Work withparentfacing administrative staff closely to ensure the firstimpressions of the school are excellent leading to positive visitorexperience
    • Support on effective continuedsupport and communication to new families after students enroll atthe school after sales care

    Measures of Performance

    • Targetswill be set for maximum conversion through the admissions funnelbeing proactive in growing the number of enrolments in the schooland managing engagement events in school
    • KPIsare based on the number of enrolments in the school

    • Emphasizes the importance of safety in all areas of thecurriculum communicating to the pupils the importance of aresponsible attitude towards personal safety the safety of othersand respect for Aspen Heights British Schools property andequipment
    • Safeguard Aspen students
    • Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protectstudents equipment materials and facilities
    • Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing studentlife and conduct
    • Ensure that all thenecessary health and safety rules and procedures are beingfollowed
    • Maintain an awareness of all thehealth and safety measures to be taken when in school

    Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role

    Bachelors Degree in Administration from anyrecognised University

    Minimum Years of Experience Required

    3 years of school admissions or sales
