    JobDescription

    The Sr. ConsultantI, Pricing position works closely with sales engagement teams todevelop financial models to support business expansion with new andexisting clients. During this process they act as a financialconsultant to the engagement team and help with developingstrategies to win the business. They take an active role intraining and supporting junior-level pricers.

    • Works with solution architects, salesleads/account managers, delivery leads, IT, TA, and other pursuitteam members to prepare pricing and forward-looking financials fornew business, business expansion, and renewalopportunities
    • Designs and quantify strategiesto close sales opportunities; models and bridges financial impactsof options to help teams make informed businessdecisions
    • Serves as financial consultant whenreviewing individual client proposals to assess client savingsexpectations against company financialobjectives
    • Presents pricing summaries toregional and executive leadership to gain approvals, this caninclude presenting the financial details of a pricing case tosenior executive leadership and attending executive deal reviewcalls to help present the financial view of the opportunity andanswer questions
    • Participates in contractingdiscussions on financial terms and conditions, highlighting therisks and advantages for the client andcompany
    • Presents pricing assumptions toimplementation team once the deal is won, identifying specificfinancial assumptions and terms the delivery team will need tomanage to in order to be successful; correctly archives and recordsclosed opportunities in internal databases andSFDC
    • Ensures that the overall pricing processesis adhered to, including pricing delegation rules, corporate reviewclip levels, and all appropriate business controls surrounding thepricing process
    • Communicates the impacts offoreign exchange and inflation on financialmodeling
    • Demonstrates knowledge of accountingand financial planning processes, including an ability to analyzeprofit and loss statements
    • Supports ad hocprojects, as required
    • Trains, mentors, anddevelops other pricers
    • Develops areas ofexpertise to lead and advise the rest of the globalteam
    • Manage a large, complex opportunity thatspans multiple regions, LOBs, and producttypes
