Votre r le et vos responsabilit s

R daction et transmission des lettres officielles (exemple : pr avis contractuel, avis de changement dans le contrat suivant un v nement survenant en cours de projet, avis de changement majeur dans le scope du contrat, );
R vision des contrats client et/ou sous-traitant majeur l aide des donn es fournies par le d partement de l estimation et du g rant de projets;
Assurer le suivi de l application des clauses contractuelles aupr s de l organisation et faire le suivi des changements de type de contrat en cours de projet si applicable;
Gestion des dossiers de r clamation au besoin l aide du g rant de projets;
R daction des contrats de sous-traitance majeurs en s assurant d inclure les risques contractuels imputables au sous-traitant selon le contrat-client;
D terminer les sp cifications applicables au contrat;
Supporter la gestion du volet l gal et contractuel des projets et agir titre de point de contact avec les clients et les conseillers juridiques externes;
Gestion des ententes de confidentialit si applicable;
Support l quipe d estimation au besoin pour les documents contractuels re us en

La personne la coordination de projets apporte galement un support au niveau de la qualit et s assure que les exigences qualit s contractuelles soient respect Pour ce volet, elle veille aux suivis en lien avec :

L approbation du PIE si n cessaire et s assure que le PIE soit transmis aux divers intervenants afin que les exigences soient respect es tout au long du projet;
Les documents qualit s du projet qui sont recevoir des divers intervenants et pr pare les dossiers de transmission au client si applicable au projet;
Les mill tests, certificats des moulins et pr pare la documentation LEED lorsqu applicable;
Les accr ditations et assure le suivi des mises niveau n cessaires (ICCA, AISC, ISO volet gestion de projet seulement). Elle s assure que les nouvelles accr ditations et documents connexes concordent avec les processus

Profil recherch

5 ann es d exp rience dans la coordination de projets;
Avoir travaill avec des ch anciers, des budgets et des avis l gaux;
Mise en place de processus pour am liorer l efficacit d un d partement;
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et crite, en fran ais et
Fortes habilet s en r vision/r daction et en coordination des relations clients ;
Capacit g rer ais ment plusieurs t ches la fois ;
Excellentes comp tences interpersonnelles ;
Int r t marqu par la r daction ;
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft
