    Description

    We are seeking an Accountant(AP/AR) for an Automotive Group which has a passion for designingand producing wonderful and innovative automotive products forvehicle manufacturers and distributors. As an Accountant yourprimary role is maintaining relievable and payable transaction andworking closely with the sales team to obtain accurate revenueinvoices. You ll regularly work with the CFO to manage budget andcash flow related processes. Your duties and responsibilities wouldinclude but not limited to:

    • Manage and maintain allaspects of payroll from scheduling toverification.
    • Analyze transactioninformation to identify refunds delinquent accounts andinsufficient payments.
    • Prepare anddisburse invoices tocustomers.
    • Resolve issues withdelinquent accounts through contacting and working with thecustomer.
    • Reconcile transactionswith statements.
    • Maintain accuratefinancial record of all receivable transactions verificationsetc.
    • Secure financial data via databackups and securitymonitoring.
    • Offer creative budgetcash flow and other financial solutions asneeded.
    • Collaborate with the CFOfellow clerks and other finance department members to maintaincompany financialhealth.

    Requirements

    • Diplomain Accounting/Logistics or a relatedfield.
    • 2 years of relevantexperience in preparing P&L balance sheet cash flow bookingAP Invoices suppliers reconciliation bank reconciliation andclosing of account payables.
    • 2 yearsof relevant experience in generating AR invoices receipt bookingscustomer reconciliation and preparing ARreports.
    • Strong working knowledge ofMS Excel.
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
    • Highattention to detail andorganization.
    • Proficiency withfinancial software.
    • Strongindependent researchability.
