    RoleDescription:

    We are currentlyseeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our Marketingteam.

    The Campaign Marketing Specialist willimplement and execute campaign programs that increase our salespipeline. In this role, you will focus on both online and in-personevents and will be involved in all aspects of content creation,email, landing page, and ad creation (working with our design team)to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will createnurturing and trigger-based email campaigns in Hubspot, delivertargeted marketing messages to specific personas and optimizecampaigns through ongoing testing andanalysis.

    We are looking for someone with astrong desire for growth who can take ownership of campaigns andcreate new opportunities. This high-profile and impactful role willreport directly to the Head of Global CampaignMarketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develophighly effective email campaigns, including but not limited to:email content, structure, guiding banner design creation,newsletter content and layout, emails for events (webinars, roundtables, etc.), content syndication;
    • Assist withcontent review for the Campaign Marketing team, including, but notlimited to: reviewing/editing presentations, landing page content,email content, and ad content;
    • Implement, test,and manage optimization for all emails and landing pages, includingA/B testing, multivariate testing as needed, tracking and reportingon all email and landing page metrics;
    • Workwith internal sales teams to promote campaignactivity;
    • Continuously analyze data to optimizecampaign activities, uncover insights & trends, and refineour campaign messaging;
    • Deliver all relatedperformance tracking about all campaign activities per event,weekly, monthly, and quarterly;
    • Work inside ofHubSpot for all emails and landing pages;
    • Workwith marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements arein place for necessary performancereporting;
    • Monitor campaign performance toidentify areas for improvement based on dataanalysis.

    Requirements :

    • 3+ years of B2Bmarketing experience with at least 1 year directly managing B2Bemail campaigns in HubSpot;
    • Exceptional writtenand verbal communication skills;
    • Experience indriving key metrics and dailyactivity;
    • Exceptional time management andorganization skills;
    • Native/Fluent English ismandatory;
    • Salesforce and design platformexperience ispreferred.
