    Description
    Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

    MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:Administrar la relación entre BIS y el cliente final
    de la Empresa, desde el puntode vista de los servicios de BIS, manteniendo
    un alto nivel de satisfaccióndel cliente. Dar consultoría de tecnología ynegocio,
    para proponer lamejor solución tecnológica con elmás alto beneficio de
    negocio para el cliente. Coordinar las actividades depreventa, para nuevos
    clientesy clientes actuales. El IT Engagement Manager es un consultor
    experimentado, capaz derepresentar a la Empresa/BIS de cara al cliente,
    para cerrar nuevos negocios y colaborarcon el equipo de desarrollo de BIS
    para alcanzar la satisfacción del cliente.

    Administrar la relación con elcliente final por parte de BIS, trabajando en forma
    colaborativa junto con el cliente, elequipo de marketing de la Empresa y el equipo
    de desarrollo de BIS.Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios (marketing,
    ventas eingeniería).
    Entender la intersección entre tecnología,clientes y negocio, y fungir como
    el trusted advisor que brinda soluciones detecnología.
    Mantenerse al día en las tendenciastecnológicas, oportunidades únicas y retos
    del espacio y los mercadosdonde operan los clientes, y como afectan sus
    negocios e iniciativas.
    Interacción diaria con losclientes acerca de los proyectos de su portafolio.
    Coordinar esfuerzos de preventa por partede BIS.
    Cotizar las solucionestecnológicas propuestas por el equipo de BIS.
    Negociaciones contractualescon clientes, NDA, MSA y SOW.
    Escalación proactiva con otras áreas dentrode la Empresa.
    Establecer a laEmpresa como un proveedor de soluciones con valor de
    negocio en las cuentas correspondientes.
    Convertirse en el principalpunto de contacto con el cliente a nivel
    consultoría/programa.
    Administración de lasexpectativas del cliente desde una perspectiva de
    entregables y alcance.
    Monitorear la satisfacción detrabajo del equipo de ingeniería con la
    cuenta correspondiente.
    Identificar oportunidades de negocio yevaluarlas junto con los equipos
    de marketing e ingeniería.
    Mitigación proactiva deriesgos.
    Colaboración cercana con este tipo de stakeholders:
    o Equipo de TI de clientes
    o Equipo de negocio declientes
    o Project managers declientes
    o Engagement managersde otros partners
    o Equipo demarketing (interno)
    o Equipode ingeniería (interno)
    Administración de partnerstecnológicos

    o en su caso:
