    Description

    PositionRequirements:

    The successfulcandidate must have 5 or more years of experience as a hands-onMaintenance Supervisor, ideally in a manufacturing, power plant, orchemical industry environment.

    Mechanical orManufacturing Engineering Degreepreferred.

    Required Experience andAbilities:

    • Ability driverisk based decisions and own budget activities forMaintenance
    • Ability to work in Dynamicenvironment
    • Focuses on using data and metricsfor reporting.
    • Strong organization, leadership,time management, ownership of repair and preventative maintenanceprojects, team player, able to delegate, positive personality,maintain clean workplace.
    • Focused on ContinuousImprovement.
    • Skilled in Excel, PPT Maintenancesystem proficient (MMM, ALM, Experion,Etc.)
    • Experience with maintenance of gas and/orsteam turbine generators, rotating equipment, and electroniccontrols and monitoring devices.
    • Has a goodworking knowledge of power plant electrical instrumentation andcontrol systems
    • Experience maintaining andrepairing power boilers and pipingsystems.
    • Experience writing contractor workscopes and bid packages for maintenancerepairs.
    • Capable of writing maintenanceprocedures, work requests, and purchaserequisitions.
    • Ability to read process andinstrumentation, piping, electrical elementary and interconnectiondiagrams of plant equipment
    • Aptitude toidentify root causes of issues and make sound businessdecision
    • Orientated toward working in acompetitive environment.
    • Basic understanding ofO&M and capital budgeting.
    • Workingknowledge of safety, environmental, and labor laws andregulations.
    • Excellent leadership andcommunications skills
    • Provenmanagerial/supervisory experience

    Ability to work rotating shifts,weekends, extended hours, be on call during off time and have theability to work prolonged periods during facility outages tosupport the operation of the facility.
