- Provide high-level administrativesupport to 2 Vice Presidents; including managing an extremelyactive calendar of appointments; scheduling meetings and conferencecalls; preparing expense reports; arranging complex and detailedtravel and accommodation plans, itineraries, andagendas
- Act as the liaison between theExecutive team and all departments as well as outside partners onall matters pertaining to the executive operation of theorganization
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPointpresentations, agendas, reports, meeting minutes, special projects,and other documents in support of objectives for theorganization
- Maintain financial reports for theDFO and finance team
- Manage sensitive matterswith a high level of confidentiality and discretion especiallydecisions directly impacting the operations of thecompany
- Plan meetings and events of varyingsizes and scope; tasks include, budgeting, content development,registration management, attendee communications, agendamanagement, travel and hotel accommodations, menu selection, AVrequirements, preparation and distribution of program materials andonsite coordination
- Act as lead project managerfor internal meetings and events to ensure deliverables are met ina timely manner
- Partner closely with the seniorleaders in support of company objectives
- Associate degree or itsequivalent
- 3-5 years of related experiencerequired
- Advanced Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, andPowerPoint)
- Event and project managementexperience required
- Strong organizationalskills and excellent attention todetail
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, andoral communications skills
- Demonstratesproactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-makingcapability
