- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end offboarding process fordeparting employees, ensuring compliance with company policies andlocal regulations.
- Conduct exit interviewswith departing employees to gather feedback, reasons for departure,and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintainaccurate records of offboarding activities, including the return ofcompany assets, access revocation, and necessarypaperwork.
- Ensure that offboarding processesadhere to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practicesin the United Arab Emirates.
- Manage the returnand retrieval of company assets, such as laptops, access cards, andany other equipment issued to employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to complete clearanceprocedures, including finance, IT, and HR.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover of responsibilities fromdeparting employees to their successors orcolleagues.
- Analyze exit interview data toidentify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings tothe HR team.
- Provide departing employees withnecessary information and support regarding their departure,including details about benefits, final pay, and other relevantinformation.
- Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
- Proven 2-5 years of experience inoffboarding, HR, or related fields.
- Strongunderstanding of HR best practices and UAE laborlaw.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal,and organizational skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in any HRIS (Human Resources Information System)software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellentproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities.
