    Description

    Specifically, you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Business partner with all hotelfinance team members and a broad range of internal and externalstakeholders, including Commercial andOperations.
    • Ensures that all necessarysupporting documentation is submitted with invoices to substantiatecharges and ensures payment is collected in a timelyfashion
    • Follows up the collection ofinter-hotel billings and Hilton Honorsredemptions
    • Prepare month end aging reports andensure all reports reconcile and balance against the generalledger
    • Ensure SOX compliance for AccountsReceivable function
    • Maintain good communicationand working relationship with hotelteams
    • Effective collection efforts in reducingDSO days and highlight issue accounts to OTC supervisor and hotelteam
    • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations forAccounts Receivable related balance sheetaccounts
    • Ensure a smooth operation of billingand collection in full compliance with the policy, regulatory andcontractual framework.

    Perform any additional tasks asassigned to ensure effective operations of theCoE

    • Ability to learn multiple systems toprovide support, therefore must be willing to accept newchallenges
    • Accounting knowledge, in particularAccounts Receivable
    • Systems knowledge, inparticular Navision, OnQ/OA, Opera and Excel. NAVISION EXPERIENCEWILL BE PREFERRED

    RequiredQualifications

    • Minimum Education: High schoolgraduate
    • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yearsas an AR Accountant
    • Fluent inEnglish
