    Description
    • versees the dining area,supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance withoperating policies that he or she may helpestablish.
    • Creates a positive team atmosphereamong Team Members.
    • Maintains records of staffperiodic manner and operating costs.
    • Providesfeedback and coaching to the Teamregularly.
    • Treats all Team Members fairly, withrespect.
    • Sets high standards for appropriateteam behavior on shift.
    • Works with food andbeverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and properfood-handling procedures.
    • Handles guestcomplaints in restaurants.
    • Schedules periodicfood and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correctinterpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staffmembers.
    • Maintains budget and employee records,prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeepingrecords.
    • Checks the quality of deliveries offresh food and baked goods.
    • Meets with salesrepresentatives to order supplies such as tableware, cookingutensils, and cleaning items.
    • Totals receiptsand balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility atend of day.
    • Ensures new products are executedproperly the following rollout.
    • Is capable ofhandling irate customers with a friendly/calmattitude.
    • Ensures product quality and greatservice.
    • Effectively forecasts restaurantneeds.
    • Shifts priorities and goals as workdemands change.
    • Priorities tasks effectively toensure most important tasks are completed ontime.
    • Delegates and follows-upeffectively.
    • Takes Ownership of issues or tasksand give detail update to the F&B Director or AssistantDirector and the General Manager.
    • Seeks,listens and responds to Guestfeedback.
    • Effectively identifies restaurantproblems through reports and can ideate & execute toresolve the same.
    • Is proficient in usingcomputer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules andpay, and perform other record keeping tasks.
    • Isproficient in Point of sale (POS) software, inventory software,Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking softwareetc.
    • Assists in planning regular and specialevent Menu.
    • You will adhere toHotel's Hygiene and HACCP standards and ensure itsStandard Operating Procedures and Requirements are fullymet.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent reading, writing and oralproficiency in English
    • Should be able to standunder the sun for longer hours
    • Experienced inall aspects of restaurants service
    • Must bewell-presented and professionally groomed at alltimes
    • Excellent leader and trainer with stronginterpersonal skills and attention todetail
    • Ability to motivate employees to work asa team effectively and productively
    • Mustpossess good communication skills for dealing with diversestaff
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritizemultiple tasks
