    Description

    EssentialFunctions

    • Represent Pinkerton's corevalues of integrity, vigilance, andexcellence.
    • Serve as the main point of contactfor client management team, building strong relationships based ontrust and effective communication.
    • Incollaboration with Pinkerton's Global Account Director,understand the client's needs and objectives and developtailored solutions that align with the organizationalgoals.
    • Conduct regular meetings with the clientto provide updates on program progress, address any concerns orissues, and identify opportunities forimprovement.
    • Oversee all aspects of programexecution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, riskmanagement, and quality assurance.
    • Developproject plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams toensure timely delivery of services within scope andbudget.
    • Monitor project performance against keymetrics/key performance indicators (KPIs), take corrective actionswhen necessary, and report back to Global Account Directorprogress/improvement
    • Lead a team of embeddedprogram leads and other professionals involved in programexecution.
    • Provide clear direction, supportprofessional development initiatives for team members, mentorship,feedback, encourage collaboration, foster a positive workenvironment, and resolve conflicts when theyarise.
    • Identify areas for process improvementand develop tools, methodologies, strategies that drive excellencethroughout each stage of team members'tenure.
    • Implement best practices acrossprograms to optimize efficiency.
    • All otherduties, as assigned.

    Education, Experience,andCertifications:

    Bachelor'sdegree, Master's preferred, within a relevant field and atleast ten years in program management, project management, or asimilar role. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seekscandidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, andperspectives.
