    Administrative Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - AECOM

    Description
    • Assist in day-to-dayadministrative tasks
    • Prepare and editdocuments, presentations, and reports ensuring accuracy andadherence to company standards.
    • Maintainorganized filing systems, both physical and digital, to facilitateefficient document retrieval.
    • Schedule andorganize project-related meetings, ensuring all stakeholders areinformed of key dates and deliverables.
    • Draftand edit professional emails, letters, and other correspondence asneeded.
    • Implement and maintain document controlprocedures, ensuring that all project documents are accuratelylabeled, stored, and accessible to the projectteam.
    • Collaborate with project managers andteam members to assist in project-related administrativetasks.
    • Compile and organize projectdocumentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings,ensuring they are readily accessible for theteam.
    • Assist in data entry tasks related toproject milestones, timelines, and resourceallocation.
    • Generate basic reports and analysesto support project managers in monitoring projectprogress.

    Qualifications

    • Diplomain Business Administration, Office Management, or a related fieldis preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years ofadministrative experience, preferably in a professional services orengineering environment.
    • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities with a keen eye fordetail.
    • Strong communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
    • A proactive and positive attitude,with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively ina team.
