    Description

    In this position as aManagement Assistant, you will be responsible for the followingtasks:

    • Managing calendars and organizingmeetings (virtual meetings, conference calls,appointments)
    • Preparing meetingsdossiers
    • Organizing business travels from A toZ (hotels, transport, restaurants,etc.)
    • Assisting with the organisation ofworkshops and events
    • Maintaining the filingsystem and the database up to date
    • Managingincoming and outgoing mail as well as answering, filtering andforwarding calls
    • Providing administrativesupport: prepare, edit and translate documents and presentations,prepare regular reports, archive documents, etc.

    The Ideal Profile OfThe Management Assistant

    • You hold a bachelor'sdegree in Secretariat or equivalent byexperience
    • You have at least 2 years'experience as Secretary/Management Assistant/Executive Assistant(preferably in a non-profit and membershipcontext)
    • You have a very knowledge of Englishboth written and spoken
    • You have a very goodcommand of the MS Office package. Knowledge of Outlook is required.A knowledge of SharePoint and/or Salesforce will be considered anasset
    • You like to make decisions, you candemonstrate maturity and autonomy in your work, and you are service& solution minded
    • You have greatorganizational skills and time management is one of yourstrengths
    • You are looking for a dynamic andchallenging work environment in an international context
