    Description

    The Clinic Manager in Abu DhabiUAE holds a pivotal role in overseeing the dailyoperations and management of a healthcare clinic ensuringcompliance with local regulations and standards such as JAWDA andTASNEEF. This position demands strong leadership skills excellentorganizational abilities and a thorough understanding of healthcareregulations and procedures specific to theregion.

    Responsibilities:

    1. StaffManagement:
      • Recruittrain and supervise clinic staff ensuring compliance with localhiring regulations.
      • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide feedback to staffmembers.
      • Develop and implement staff schedulesto ensure adequate coverage and efficient clinicoperations.
    2. PatientCare:
      • Overseethe delivery of quality patient care services in accordance withJAWDA and TASNEEF standards.
      • Address patientinquiries concerns and complaints in a culturally sensitive andprofessional manner.
      • Monitor patientsatisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve patientexperience.
    3. AdministrativeDuties:
      • Manageclinic finances in compliance with UAE regulations includingbudgeting billing and revenuecollection.
      • Maintain accurate patient recordsand ensure compliance with local data protectionlaws.
      • Coordinate with insurance providers toprocess claims and verify coverage forpatients.
    4. FacilityManagement:
      • Ensurethat the clinic premises meet JAWDA and TASNEEF standards forsafety cleanliness and accessibility.
      • Manageinventory levels for medical supplies and equipment ensuringcompliance with local importregulations.
      • Arrange for repairs andmaintenance as needed adhering to local building codes andregulations.
    5. RegulatoryCompliance:
      • Stayupdated on relevant healthcare laws regulations and accreditationstandards in Abu Dhabi.
      • Ensure that the clinicoperates in compliance with local regulations including licensingrequirements and health and safetystandards.
      • Implement policies and procedures tosafeguard patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance withUAElaws.
    6. QualityImprovement:
      • Monitorclinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvementaligning with JAWDA and TASNEEFguidelines.
      • Develop and implement qualityimprovement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectivenessof clinic operations.
      • Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and professional development among clinicstaff.
    7. Collaboration:
      • Collaboratewith physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals tocoordinate patient care and treatment plans respecting culturalsensitivities.
      • Liaise with externalstakeholders such as regulatory agencies and local healthauthorities to ensure compliance with regulations andstandards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in healthcare administration business administration or arelated field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Priorexperience in healthcare management or administration in Abu DhabiUAE with a strong understanding of local regulations and standardsincluding JAWDA andTASNEEF.
    • Experience in auditprocesses related to healthcare facilities is highlydesirable.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonalskills with the ability to navigate cultural diversity and motivatestaff.
    • Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Arabic both verbal andwritten.
    • Proficiency in healthcare managementsoftware and electronic health recordssystems.
    • Knowledge of UAE healthcareregulations including HAAD (Health Authority AbuDhabi) regulations.
    • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and multiculturalenvironment.
