JobDescription: The Primary purpose of this position is toestablish and manage agents network in given area to generatequalified leads and business opportunities for TFG. This positionwill focus exclusively on expansion of Agent network as wellincreasing the sales revenue of the Agents Programme.
    Overall JobDescription
    • Relationshipbuilding of current agents for further development andgrowth
    • To establish new agentsnetwork
    • Find different ways to expand agentsnetwork and assist business development manager to form effectivestrategies which includes agents presentation training supportmaterials bonus and incentive structure competitive analysisoutdoor meetings etc.
    • Maintain regularcommunications and provide regular feedback to agents
    • Identify issues and areas where improvement is requiredto increase overall performance of the Agents Prgoramme
    • Must always stay TopofMind with assignedclients
    • To maintain reports provided byBusiness Development Manager and provide feedback asestablished
    • Referral generation
    Desired Skill& Expertise:
    • A history of BusinessDevelopment experience is vital (minimum of 1 year).
    • Highly selfmotivated career orientated team players withan energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
    • Strong Communication Skills.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and French with a clear andconcise accent
    • Ability to work under pressurein a highly competitive environment
    • PunctualCourteous and Presentable.
