    Description

    WhatYou'll Be Doing

    • Assist respective Sales AccountManagers for system specification analysis to provide clear,documentable and coordinatedrequirements
    • Support Site Surveys for projects,complete and review all related administrative requirements tobuild an accurate bill of material and eventualquote
    • Assist with preparation of quotes asneeded for complicated projects
    • Partner withthe core sales representative to evaluate the customer'srequirements and present value-added material products andservices
    • Review and design solutions, createfacility layouts, prepare bills of material, collect vendor pricingand provide support for customerproposals
    • Assist CHL Project Managers in themanagement and implementation of these solutions by working withthe sales representatives, vendors and external customers to ensurethe projects are ordered accurately, installed/shipped timely andcompleted on budget
    • Ensure that all projectsare documented in CRM prior to engaging in support includingOpportunity naming convention, unit quantity and dollars; thusensuring accuracy of the salespipeline
    • Maintain a working knowledge of allWarehouse Solution related Opportunities requiring continuedsupport to assist with moving them through the SalesPipeline
    • Liaise with other departments andexternal sources as needed to address project technical issues andassist with any impact the technical requirements may have on theoverall implementation schedule
    • Coordinate withvendor personnel during initial site-related activity, as requiredto identify existing or new technical requirements on a project byproject basis
    • Understand and perform compellingdemos as required, assist with Sales presentations and withtraining of the salesforce as required
    • Researchand recommend emerging technicalsolutions
    • Proficient with basic pricing andbill of materials preparation for quotingpurposes
    • Develop and maintain a strong workingknowledge of the warehouse systems, related components andsales/commercial acumen
    • Maintain workingknowledge of latest installation procedures and options, includingpictures of various warehouse sites
    • Networkwith other dealer resources; establish a supportgroup
    • Attend workshops, trade shows, andseminars to keep up-to-date on industry trends andchanges
    • All other duties as required orassigned

    Experience &Skills To Be Considered

    • Adopt a team approach - work withothers in pursuing common goals
    • 2-4 years ofexperience in material handling sales, automation or similarindustries is preferred
    • Ability to accuratelyand effectively manage large volumes ofinformation
    • Adept with assimilating anddisseminating information in a professionalmanner
    • Ability to work independently (withminimal supervision) and in a teamenvironment
    • Demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness andjudgment to resolve routine problems relating to assignedprojects
    • Good organizational skills, andhigh-level of self-structure producing accurate work with a strongattention to detail
    • Good written and verbalcommunication skills
    • College degree orequivalent experience preferred
    • Must beproficient in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word,Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Visio or other related flow diagramsoftware preferred
    • Familiarity with and the useof ACAD, Solidworks and other software suitespreferred
