    Payroll Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAF GROUP

    Description
    • Calculate, enter, and process payroll data
    • Oversee and calculate payroll deductions and withholdings
    • Evaluate and reconcile employee pay records
    • Compile and prepare information for tax returns
    • Manage and maintain employee files
    • Stay current with applicable state and federal laws and regulations
    • Anticipate and schedule payroll corrections
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, or annual payroll reports
    • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees
    • Handle confidential pay-related information

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 3 years of experience performing payroll functions
    • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal payroll regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly proficient in Excel and in using payroll software
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
