    Position: Chief Marketing Officer

    • Responsibilities Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives
    • Manage and enhance the company's brand image in the crypto space.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts Build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community around the company's products and services.
    • Foster relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the crypto space.
    • Work closely with the product team to develop and implement effective product marketing strategies.
    • Communicate the value proposition of our products to the target audience Manage relationships with media outlets and journalists, ensuring positive coverage of the company.
    • Respond to media inquiries and proactively seek opportunities for positive PR.
    • Plan and execute events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase the company's visibility and network within the crypto community.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the crypto industry.
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Use analytics to measure ROI and optimize marketing strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven minimum 7 years experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within the crypto or fintech industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community building.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills

    Salary AED 55000/- + benefits as per UAE law
