    Sales Support Coordinator - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Rivoli Group

    Description
    • Providing administrative support to the department
    • Compiling and preparing monthly reports for internal purpose and Brand principals
    • Following up with logistics team, and process incoming shipments including item creation, PO processing, Invoice GRN and costing
    • Updating and maintaining sales trackers for incoming shipment and order allocations
    • Preparing proforma invoices for sales orders
    • Processing client orders by creating sales orders for new goods and spare-parts.
    • Coordinating with after-sales, finance and logistics teams to ensure speedy dispatch of new goods and spare-parts
    • Finalizing invoices, including legalization and creating AWB
    • Notifying clients for shipment dispatches
    • Updating and maintaining order forecast file for review
    • Updating and maintaining back-orders for both Trade Partners and Brand Principals.
    • Assisting with adhoc reports as required
    • Assisting the sales team as required on additional projects and activities
    • Ad hoc projects and analysis
