    We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to develop department strategies, forecast cost and budget estimates for school operation, manage major expenditure proposals, manage and support financial planning for purchasing activities, manage and maintain contract database, establish current and long term objectives, manage the operations activities and achieve the organisation's objectives in accordance with the agreed operating plans and budgets.
