    <\/span><\/div> We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC/MEP contracting sector. The role involves managing financial operations, handling contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.<\/span>

    Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Manage accounts receivable/payable and prepare annual financial reports.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • File FTA returns on time and handle banking/credit facilities.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Oversee legal documentation and ensure compliance.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
      <\/div><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

    • 2–5 years of sales experience in granite, marble, or natural stone<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of construction, interior design, or architecture industries is essential<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Target -driven, proactive, and able to work independently<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Valid driving license preferred<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>
