    Front Office Supervisor - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Novotel

    Default job background
    Description
    • Be aware of room status and also with the competitor's status.
    • Check credit limit report and discrepancy report and to conduct follow up and necessary action accordingly.
    • Check the management of "no show".
    • Ensure that there are ample stocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for supplies running low.
    • Attends to VIP arrival.
    • Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty
    • Be aware about local requirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Police requirements).
    • Conducts and attend departmental meetings and training programs

    Qualifications

    • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
    • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
