    Description

    Our client a large manufacturingcompany is looking for an Executive Organizational Development tobe based in Abu Dhabi UAE. In this role you will be evaluating thebusiness structures advising management on the allocation ofpersonnel and resources and facilitating costeffective andefficient procedures. Other responsibilities would include but notlimited to:

    • Analyzing businessstructures procedures processes and the utilization ofresources.
    • Designing andimplementing a variety of developmental initiatives action plansprograms and trainingmaterials.
    • Interviewing personneland facilitating targeted skills developmentinitiatives.
    • Consulting with thehuman resources department to guide the utilization development orhiring of personnel.
    • Leadingbusiness optimization initiatives by conducting individual or grouptraining sessions forpersonnel.
    • Contributing to therestructuring of departments to increase efficiency and alignactivities with businessobjectives.
    • Optimizing personnelutilization by increasing crossfunctionality and interdepartmentalcooperation.
    • Measuring the impact ofinterventions on staff performance efficiency employee retentionand job satisfaction.
    • Advisingexecutives and senior managers and recommending efficient andcosteffective solutions for identifiedchallenges.
    • Documenting processesand presenting progress reports to executives and seniormanagers.

    Requirements

    Tobe considered you need to meet the followingrequirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field.
    • Mastersdegree in organizational psychology organizational development orbusiness administration preferred.
    • Aminimum of 3 years experience as an organizational developmentexecutive in a relatedindustry.
    • Extensive knowledge ofskills development and capacity buildingstrategies.
    • Advanced proficiency inoffice and business administrationsoftware.
    • Exceptional interpersonalas well as written and verbal communicationskills.
    • Excellent leadership andcollaboration skills.
    • Superbanalytical and timemanagementskills.
