    Description

    Our client, a leading semi-government hospital, is currently looking for Staff Nurses - ER specialized in Pediatric patients, to be based in Dubai. In this role, your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

    • Providing emergency medical care to children who are experiencing acute medical conditions or injuries
    • Communicating with physicians about treatment plans and patient outcomes
    • Assisting physicians with diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, CT scans, and MRIs
    • Administering medications as ordered by a physician or nurse practitioner
    • Observing patients for signs of emotional distress or other nonverbal communication that may indicate pain or discomfort
    • Recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
    • Preparing children for examinations by washing their hands with soap and water or using an antiseptic solution
    • Educating patients and their families about illness, injury, or procedure procedures in language that they can understand
    • Providing emotional support to children and their families during stressful situations

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Good communication skills.
    • Emotional and mental strength, dedication, and self-motivation.
    • Empathy and the ability to relate to children.
    • A bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling PEDIATRICS - ER
    • Willing to work 48 hours per week.
    • Willing to be based in Dubai, UAE
