    1; Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills

    1; Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management (Sr Director and VP levels) in accomplishing project objectives

    1; Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to develop corporate methods, techniques

    1; Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer

    1; In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done

    1; Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect

    1; Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders

    Program Manager/Delivery Manager Experience

    ; In depth understanding of project terminology and methodology

    ; Professional experience in IT infrastructure, as a Program Manager in cloud migration projects

    ; Extensive experience in handling cloud migration

    ; Ability to lead multi-function project team through influencing skills

    ; In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge

    ; Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations

    ; Expert skill using Microsoft Project to drive project execution and manage to critical path

    ; Experience in managing constrained schedules and resources in a rapidly evolving environment

    ; Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one part of a project impacts another

    ; Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the ; Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes, and documenting action items

    1; Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for project sponsor

    1; Organizing project goals / objectives into major streams of work with specific deliverables

    1; Develop and maintain lessons-learned inputs to the project repository for utilization on future programs

    1; Work closely with the Program Executive Sponsor, Operating Committee and Steering Committee to facilitate decisions necessary for delivery and to overcome barriers

    1; Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the ;

    1; Serves as a mentor/advisor/decision-maker to project managers for the program for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, governmental regulation, project quality, project risk, and ;

    1; Oversee development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the ;
