    JobTitle: PROJECT MANAGER - II
    JobLocation: Tucson, AZ(Hybrid)
    JobDuration: Long Term Contract onW2

    JOBSUMMARY:

    Responsiblefor all aspects of various projects of a less complex Interfaceswith all areas affected or supporting the Responsible forassembling project time, assigning individual responsibilities,identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing scheduleto ensure timely completion of Monitors projects from initiationthrough delivery, including monitoringbudget/spending

    Responsibilities:
    • Managesproject team information to support project team, LCT and/or LCCdecisionmaking
    • Accountablefor quality implementation on projects in the following areas:Project risk management; Critical path analysis; Scenario creationand analysis; Budget; Robustplanning
    • Abilityto identify and communicate issues proactively to a wide range ofstakeholders
    • Creates,coordinates and maintains integrated project plans in Project& Portfolio Tool(PPM)
    • Identifiesgaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, challenges assumptions andproposes options to close gaps and get projects back onschedule
    • Managespreparation for project milestonereviews
    • Managesmeetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time andmeetingminutes
    • Executesproject managementprocesses
    • Followsbest practices in project teams and fosters continuous improvementby sharing knowledge and continuousexchange

    EDUCATION/ SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:
    • BachelorsDegreein science, engineering or business administration -REQUIRED
    • MastersDegree in science, engineering or business administration -Preferred
    • 2-5years project management, product development and/or relevantexperience-REQUIRED
    • Proficientin MSProjectand/orProject& PortfolioManagementTool
    • Abilityto manage projects with ambitiousmilestones
    • Abilityto escalate and drive management decisions about project executionand resourceneeds
    • Understandingof relevant Design Control and/or Phased Development processespreferred
    • ProjectManagement specific training and/or certification -Preferred
