    Role: ProductOwner

    Location: AbuDhabi

    Summary ofrole:
    • A Product Owner willlead a team of highly talented engineers and designers to envisionprioritize and build innovative digital products that will shapethe industry for a new generation of techsavvy customers.
    • His/her mission is to work closely withbusiness sponsors to identify key pain points and tocollaboratively design and build solutions that delight customersand empower internal staff.
    • Product ownerswill have cutting edge tools and technology at his/her disposal andwill work in a highperforming Agileteam.
    Responsibilities:
    • Innovationin products with crossfunctional teams and think creatively todeliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact foremployees customers or advisors.
    • Prepare andpresent product visions and proposals to the leadership team whenrequired.
    • Identify KPIs and use them as acornerstone for team focus and priorities.
    • Gainan indepth understanding of customers and users and gather keyinsights that will shape the digitalexperience.
    • Manage expectations with businesssponsors and company executives.
    • Managecrossfunctional relationships with emphasis on decisionmaking overconsensus.
    • Identify future potential ofproducts and get teams customers and business network excited aboutit.
    • Lead design and development teams todeliver high profile digital solutions andproducts.
    • Define MVPs manage product backlogpriorities and strategically descope to achieve rapid feedbackcycles.
    • Work closely with designers andengineers to define and drive product vision andlead.
    Specialist Skills /Technical Knowledge Technical Competencies Required for thisrole:
    • Deep experience indigital product development andmarketing
    • Experience with designing creativequality consumer products as well as enabling business capabilityand objectives through technology.
    • Experienceof operating within a multichannel/multiregionbrand
    • Entrepreneurial selfstarter who isselfmotivated but also a team player with a professionalpresence
    • Demonstrates thought leadership and isable to influence at all levels in theorganization.
    • Experience with conducting userresearch usability testing A/B testing rapid prototyping andanalytics
    • Knowledge of Lead and Agile softwaredevelopment processes
    • Expertise across allareas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC SEO SocialContent Marketing Affiliate Marketing and funneloptimization.
    Previousexperience:
    • 5 years oftotal experience including 3 years of experience in productdevelopment and marketing.
    • Bachelors degreerequired advanced degree a plus.
    • Experience ofoperating within a multichannel/multiregionbrand
    • Knowledge of Lean and Agile softwaredevelopment processes
