    Job Description

    ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency. We are one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper's Bazaar, GQ and Construction Week, etc.

    Overview

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEOs busy travel schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing the CEOs calendar and booking travel arrangements to handling logistics and providing on-the-ground support during trips. The core working hours for this role are during and when the CEO travels outside Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Personal Assistant of the CEO.

  • Travel Management:
  • Working closely with the Personal Assistant to ensure all travel requirements are met.
  • Manage the CEOs travel calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring the best possible deals and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics and Support:
  • Research and prepare briefing materials for the CEO on upcoming destinations and meetings.
  • Arrange local transportation, visas, and other necessary documentation.
  • Book restaurants, entertainment, and other activities for the CEO during trips.
  • Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Maintain effective communication with the CEO and other executives.
  • Liaise with local contacts and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Draft and proofread correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish and additional languages a plus.

    Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers, reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content for digital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and edit articles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and partners, to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms, including the brand's website, social media channels, and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorial experience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred. Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing, proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proficient in using editorial software and tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywall experience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes: Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated, and results driven. International roaster of travel writers and photographers.
