    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve allocated sales targetsthrough direct effort or via agents.
    • Meetprospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospectsper day.
    • Achieve tele-calling targets in termsof number of connected calls.
    • Maintain overallactivity levels.
    • Building and maintainingrelationships with clients and key personnel within customercompanies.
    • Conducting business reviews toensure clients are satisfied with their products andservices.
    • Alerting the sales team toopportunities for further sales within keyclients.
    • Letting customers know about otherproducts the company offers.
    • Attending meetingswith clients to build relationships with existingaccounts.
    • Achieving client relationship targetsand KPI's as set by the Head ofSales.
    • Working closely with Account Managersand Sales Administration.
    • Escalating andresolving areas of concern as raised byclients.
    • Updating the CRM and ensuring accountmanagers are aware of changes withinclients.
    • Liaising with internal departments toensure client needs are fulfilledeffectively.

    Qualifications andExperience:

    • Minimum 2 years of sales experiencein the domain of Real Estate Brokerage or Developer / Mortgage /Life Insurance / Timeshare.

    Key Competencies andskills:

    • Good communication and presentationskills are a must
    • English , Mandarin &Cantonese
    • Proven track record of achievingsales targets
    • Strong interpersonal skills andan ability to build rapport withcustomers
