    Job Description

    As an Event Planning Executive of 25hours Hotel One Central, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the seamless execution of events and group bookings from the moment a deposit is received until the successful completion of the event.

    Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their event requirements.
  • Logistical Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual needs, and any special requests.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services, negotiating contracts when necessary.
  • BEO Preparation: Develop detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to communicate event specifications to the operations team for flawless execution.
  • Team Management: If required, supervise and coordinate other team members involved in event planning, ensuring effective collaboration and task delegation.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning and execution phases, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement, contributing to ongoing enhancement of our event services.

    • Additional Information

    Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel setting.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Note: This is a dynamic role that may require flexibility in working hours based on event schedules. The Event Planning Executive may also be responsible for managing a team of event planning professionals, depending on the size and complexity of events.
