Description
We are looking for a responsibleAdministrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative andclerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and afast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a datamanager or another senior data team member. Understanding of dataconfidentiality principles is compulsory.
Youwill be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting andupdating data into the company's databases and systems. This rolerequires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and theability to work efficiently andaccurately.
Alsowill be responsible for managing and growing the company's socialmedia presence across all platforms. This includes creating andscheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns,and analyzing and reporting on the performance of social mediaefforts.
The idealcandidate should have a strong understanding of social mediamarketing and be able to use data and analytics to inform theirstrategy. They should also have excellent communication skills andthe ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
The idealcandidate should have excellent keyboarding skills, be proficientin Microsoft Office, and have experience with data entry or datamanagement. They should also be able to work independently and beable to follow specific instructions andguidelines.
