    Description
    • Ensuring that the servicedelivered to our client's customers meets the KeyPerformance Indicators ('KPIs') for therole.
    • Interfaces with customers via inboundcalls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through theInternet depending upon client requirements while maintainingestablished standards for number of calls, pick-up time, durationof call and quality of call.
    • Providing highquality customer service by listening attentively, clarifyingcustomer requirements, probing for understanding, usingdecision-support tools and resources for answering customerenquiries efficiently and politely with correct and completeinformation and redirect them whereappropriate.
    • Identifying customer problems andoffer appropriate solutions.
    • Identifying andmaximizing selling and cross-sellingopportunities.
    • Continuous learning to keepup-to-date with changes and developments to products, services, andprocedures.

    CANDIDATEPROFILE

    You will be accountableto provide the highest standards of customer service through theprovision of a telephone services to existing and potentialcustomers.

    • The idealcandidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury Retail /Hospitality industry and has a strong passion for the luxuryuniverse.
    • Arabic speaker with a strong commandof English (oral and written).
    • Graduatepreferred in any stream and above. A combination of education andexperience may be substituted and/or considered in lieu of thebachelor's degree.
    • Pleasant telephoneetiquette and someone who loves to speak over thephone.
    • Demonstrate courteousness and patiencein all customer contact situations; including maintaining apleasant and professional tone andmanner.
    • Dependable with proficient attention todetail.
    • Strong computer navigation skills andPC Knowledge
    • Open to work - 8 hours a day, 5days a week in all shifts, as per departmentrequirements.
    • Can join immediately (preferablywithin 1-2 weeks on offeragreement).
