    Description

    1) Receives &serves customers following companies & manufacturersprocedures in order to sustain a positive service experience toeach customer.

    2)Solves customers complains to keep high level of customersatisfaction.

    3)Up sells added value services to maximize revenue to servicecenter.

    4)Updates customers information on system for reliable CRMdata.

    5)Reviews outstanding repair orders continuously for closing&settlement.

    6)Attends training programs to improve skills &competencies

    7)Feeds back ideas/suggestions to improve customers service processes& increaserevenue.

    8)Advises customer the feasibility of car trade in when repair costbecomes high as to get customer s trust &loyalty.

    Requirements

    *Preferably Female Candidate as it will be working forGenesis.
    25 to 40 years oldMale or Female Bachelor's Degree holder Minimum 5 years experiencein automotive sales Good communication and negotiation skillsDynamic, proactive personality and results oriented with a positiveoutlook Presentable and well-groomed Fluency in English is a must;Arabic is a plus UAE Driving license is required Good computerknowledge
