    Thetarget salary for this position is $45,000 and is part of acompetitive total rewards package including profit sharing,benefits, and uncapped commission (average total compensation$150,000 – $200,000 for years 1-3). Individual pay mayvary from the target range and is determined by a number of factorsincluding experience, location, internal pay equity, and otherrelevant business considerations. We review all employee pay andcompensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive andfair pay.
