    Description

    Key aspects of the roleinclude:

    • Develop andmaintain high standards of policies and procedures manuals for alldepartments ensuring compliance with local regulations andinternational standards.
    • Serve as a point ofcontact for inquiries related to policies and procedures, resolvingissues, and guiding as necessary.
    • Collaboratewith department heads and stakeholders to identify areas for policydevelopment or improvement.
    • Build and maintainstrong relationships with keystakeholders.
    • Manage and ensure effectiveimplementation of the Bank's policies and proceduresframework, maintaining high-quality standards and cost-effectiveservice.
    • Provide training and guidance todepartment staff on policies and procedures, ensuring understandingand compliance at all levels of theorganization.
    • Prepare MIS reports for SeniorManagement reporting.

    To be successful you will need tomeet thefollowing:

    • Bachelor'sDegree.
    • Minimum 5years' experience within the Banking/Financial ServicesIndustry of which at least 2 years' experience in MISFunction, policy and procedure documentation, process, or changemanagement initiatives. Preferably in a local bankin the UAE or a large-size bank in othercountries.
    • Strong risk and/or projectmanagement skills.
    • Strong understanding ofpolicies and procedures drafting and MISmanagement.
