    Description
    • Sales: Effectivelyfollow sales procedure and process to close a sale. Conduct fieldvisits, van sales, understand customer's requirements andassess his current situation to establish product need,availability. Explain technical specifications, in relation toproduct performance, suitability & usage/application tocustomers. Follow up with payments as per set deadlines to ensurepayment is received on time and customer credit isminimized.
    • Business Development:Expand and strengthen customer base by maintaining ahealthy relationship with existing customers through the best CRMpractices advised by the line manager. Approach new ones in theassigned territory/ segment and follow up on the leads provided bythe line manager. Conduct market activities (as advised by the linemanager) including promotional activities, full product coverageand promote newproducts.
    • Customer Satisfaction:Ensure customer satisfaction as per our CustomerSatisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines. Ensure performance improvementand increased customer satisfaction as per set standards by thePrinciple.
    • Competition:Efficiently carry out market intelligence to monitorcompetitors' products, pricing and promotional activitiesversus own market share and communicate a summary of analysis ofthe market situation and competitoractivities.
    • ProductDisplay: Manage product display at Dealer Point ofSale (POS) to ensure enhancement of visualeffectiveness.
    • Reports:Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, activity andresults reports those related to issues resolution to the linemanager and management review.

    Qualification:

    • Diploma in Engineering orequivalent.
    • Bachelor's degree inElectrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ispreferred.
