    Job Summary:Weare looking for a resultsoriented Digital Marketing Specialist tojoin our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible forplanning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaignsacross various online channels to enhance brand awarenessengagement and conversion. This role requires expertise in SEO SEMsocial media email marketing and content marketing. The candidateshould be proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics tomake datadriven decisions and continuously improve digitalmarketing strategies. Additionally experience with market researchcompetitive benchmarking marketing automation systems GA4 MMPsecommerce and mobile apps isessential.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Planexecute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multipleonline channels to enhance brand visibility engagement andconversion rates.
    2. Utilize expertise in SEO toimprove organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to thewebsite.
    3. Manage SEM campaigns including keywordresearch ad copy creation bid management and performancetracking.
    4. Develop and implement social mediastrategies to grow brand presence increase followers and driveengagement on platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedInetc.
    5. Design and execute email marketingcampaigns including creating email templates segmentationscheduling and performance analysis.
    6. Createhighquality content for various digital channels including websiteblog social media and emailnewsletters.
    7. Conduct market research andcompetitive benchmarking to identify trends opportunities and areasfor improvement in digital marketingstrategies.
    8. Analyze campaign performancemetrics using tools like Google Analytics GA4 and MarketingMeasurement Platforms (MMPs) to track KPIs and optimize campaignsfor better results.
    9. Implement marketingautomation systems to streamline processes and improve efficiencyin campaign management.
    10. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including design content and product teams toensure alignment and consistency in messaging andbranding.
    11. Stay updated on industry trendsemerging technologies and best practices in digitalmarketing.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
    2. 35 years of experience in digitalmarketing roles in the UAE with a proven track record of successfulcampaign management.
    3. Indepth knowledge andhandson experience with SEO SEM social media marketing emailmarketing and content marketing.
    4. Proficiency inusing analytics tools such as Google Analytics GA4 and MarketingMeasurement Platforms (MMPs) to track and analyze campaignperformance.
    5. Experience with marketingautomation systems and familiarity with ecommerce and mobile appsmarketing.
    6. Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
    7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams.
    8. Creative mindsetwith a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industrytrends.
    9. Resultsoriented approach with a focuson driving measurable outcomes and achieving businessobjectives.
