    Description
    • Supporting Company CommissioningManager in the onshore preparation and planning of the Pre-Comm andComm integrated services
    • Supporting CompanyCommissioning Engineer offshore execution in the co-ordination ofthe Pre-Comm and Comm integratedservices
    • Promotes safety & quality toall personnel within the team.
    • AssistCommissioning Engineer in execution and completion of Check lists& Test Sheets and function test sheets &OTP's to the Project format during offshoreexecution.
    • Assist Company CommissioningEngineer in the preparation and issue of the relevant progressreports & lists,
    • Prepares &issues operational tests and pre-start-up procedures, and providesinput to the operational test procedures write up done by otherengineers as well as necessary resources to execute theOTP's, as per Company Commissioning EngineerInstruction
    • Supervise the day-to-day executionof the installation of all electrical equipment as transformer,switchboard LV, cabling, UPS, electrical motor, etc including thosefitted as part of a unit.
    • Ensure work iscarried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and thatadherence to the Permit to Work System isperformed
    • Organize and direct the Pre-Comm& Comm Electrical Supervisors and Technicians in the day today Pre-Commissioning and Commissioningactivities
    • Execute and supervise testing asrequired by Project specification
    • Ensuringcorrect compilation of all relevant certification to enact ReadyFor Commissioning and Ready For Start Upstatus
    • Compilation of punch lists inconjunction with the execution Contractor andCompany
    • Ensuring that the required as builtdrawings as required by the project procedures are maintained andreviewed
    • Carry out inspections, surveys andchecks to ensure pre and post Electrical testing is as per ProjectSpecifications including all ATEX certifiedequipment.
    • Ensure safety and security of allactivities and workers under hiscontrol.
    • Provide input into the Pre-Comm& Comm Planning
    • To execute preservation& maintenance, ensuring all equipment listed is preservedand maintained in accordance with the guarantee requirements of allVendors
    • Interfacing of disciplines and thirdparties
    • Maintaining equipment / system historicrecords
    • Overall preparation, supervision& execution of all OTP's with associateddocumentary support,
    • Assist with thepreparation of Commissioning handover manuals and relevanttracking/filing of commissioningreports,
    • Ensure schedules (vendors mobilizationand commissioning activities) up-dates,
    • Ensuresthat proper resources and "Vendor specialists"are allocated to the Pre-Comm & Comm Teams to support thevarious activities.
    • Ensuresupervision/execution of all the Electrical Pre-Comm & Commactivities as per Projectspecification,
    • Maintain & up-date themaster documentation,
    • Prepares and ensurepre-start-up activities supervision using Contractors CommissioningSupervisors and Technicians,
