    Description

    KeyResponsibilities-

    The SupplyChain Leader is the primary Supply Chain contact for the crossfunctional category squad. This position is responsible for DemandPlanning and Project Management within the squad, and is alsoresponsible for connecting Demand Planning and Trade Customizationstrategies for the Squad. He/She/They will champion IntegratedBusiness Planning process development and execution at the squadlevel with a focus on E2E business integration and alignment to keygoals. Depending on the squad, this position may oversee a team ofDemand Planners and Project Managers within the squad.

    • Responsibilities
    • Facilitatesthe integration of commercial requirements with E2E Supply Chainbusiness partners with a focus on delivering key business results-sales, service (UFR), inventory, forecast accuracy, slow moving andobsolescence, compliance. Includes, but not limited to new productlaunch planning, ecommerce demand sensing, trade customizationplanning, seasonal supply chain strategy development, end of lifemanagement, customer event planning, business continuity planning,supply constraint planning, and key initiatives of the 3-yearoperating plan.
    • Directly leads, coaches anddevelops a team of up to 4 direct reports based on assigned squad,focused on demand planning and project management to supportregional Innovation and Life Cycle Management programs/projects.Collaborates with Supply Planning, Customer Logistics Services,Value Stream Leadership, Affiliates, other Supply Chain functions,and Commercial partners.
    • Works closely with theCommercial, R&D, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure arobust portfolio pipeline of projects in the Innovation/Life CycleManagement space.
    • Supports advancing Regionaland Global Supply Chain capabilities through the development ofpeople, processes and systems solutions aligned to support thecurrent and future businessenvironment.
    • Develops and manages the 24-monthdemand plan for the assigned Franchise(s), leaning the forecastingprocess, delivering critical metrics (MAPE, BIAS, System accuracy,stat forecast usage), and ensuring SAP usage of statisticalmodeling and other system tools.
    • Develops theinventory strategy for the assigned squad- Includes Entitlement,inventory business planning, projection roll up to Squad /Franchise / Country level and corrective action planning asappropriate.
    • Coordinates Slow Moving andObsolete (SLOB) inventory action plans with Regional StrategicDemand, Regional Inventory, Regional Supply, and Sales Operations.Includes Business Planning, routine monitoring and reporting,corrective action planning anddispositioning.
    • Leads Seasonal Planningprocess, strategy setting, and communication/alignment across teamswhere applicable.
    • Represents assigned squadduring vulnerability reviews and actionplanning.
    • Collaborates with Regional Supply todefine future vulnerability and partner with Sales Operations,Commercial Leadership and Deliver to take customer management anddemand shaping actions as appropriate.
    • Managesthe strategy and plan for New Product Introductions (NPI) for thefirst 6 months partnering closely with Strategic Demand and SupplyPlanning.
    • Represents Supply Chain at NPIgovernance forums with a lens to enabling solutions, riskmanagement and alignment across Demand, Supply, Trade Customizationand Project Management
    • RequiredQualifications
      • BachelorDegree required degree required with a focus in- Business,Management Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics,Engineering).
      • 10 + years of diverse experienceacross any of the following- Supply Chain, Logistics, CustomerSupport, or Project Management isrequired.
      • Demonstrated direct people managerexperience required.
      • Strong understanding ofend-to-end processes (Supply to Customer) and associated analyticsis required.
      • Proven track record of deliveringbusiness results as an outcome of cross functional collaboration,managing through ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed regionalleadership environment. Proven change leader and E2E accountabilityis required.
      • Demonstrated ability to articulateexceptions to the forecasting and business planning assumptions tosenior stakeholders, including the sensitivity of these changes isrequired.
      • Strong understanding of differentdemand profiles related to Base Business, New Products Product andTender Business, applying appropriate forecast techniques andleveraging collaboration to share best practices across involvedteams is required.
      • Self-starter with ability towork independently with minimal supervision and within a matrixenvironment besides possessing the ability to manage difficultissues and implement positive change isrequired.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office,including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications arerequired.
      • Ability to work in a matrixenvironment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlinesexist is required.
      • Ability to influence acrossvarious levels of organization isrequired.
    • DesiredQualifications
      • MBA or otherrelevant post graduate degree preferred.
      • 2 +years of experience in Supply Chain Planning ispreferred.
      • An IBF, APICS and/or Six Sigma GreenBelt Certification is preferred.
      • Proficiency ofSAP, APO, AC Nielsen or other forecasting/planning software ispreferred.
