    UrgentrequirementofSAP S4 OTC (SD) Lead - Permanent-Sydney

    Requirements

    • Demonstrateend-to-end business process knowledge in Order to Cashprocesses
    • Expertlevel knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution module andprocesses
    • Musthave at least one implementation experience in SAPS/4HANA
    • S/4HANASAP SD Process Lead with experience of implementing SAP for globalorganizations
    • Shouldhave experience working in industry with Retail, Mining industryexperience being an addedadvantage
    • Specificprocess and SAP product knowledge in the following areas inaddition to basic production / manufacturing related businessprocesses, Production Execution, Sales Order Processing includingSales Order Creation, Pricing, Customer Master setup, AccountDetermination, Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment),Integration to EWM / TM preferred, Customer Invoicing includingrevenuerecognition
    • Integrationknowledge between Sales and other functional areas with specificreference to production and material movement /logistics
    • Goodworking knowledge of SAP SAC and other cloud offerings andintegration to S/4HANA will be anadvantage
    • Handson exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion relatedactivities
    • Cut-Overactivities identification and execution along with Go-live and PostGo-LiveSupport
    • Expertlevel knowledge in integration with other SAPfunctions
    • Candidatemust have the ability to speak business language and translatebusiness requirements into technical Candidate should have theability to be hands on and mentor junior teammembers
    • Candidateshould be able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and abilityto self-direct and manage teams andclient
    • Shouldbe proficient in conversation on wide ranging Order to Cashprocesses with business stakeholders including senior managementand C levelleaders
    • Shouldhave working experience in project estimation, project planning,staffing
    • Minimumof 10 years of SAP experience including 7+ years hands on SAP SDconfiguration and implementation plus 4-5 years supervisoryexperience
    • VeryGood CommunicationSkills


    Responsibilities:
    • Leadbusiness requirements workshops with customer to design and rollout S/4HANA sales and distributionsolution
    • BusinessProcess Consulting that includes providing inputs on bestpractices
    • SolutionArchitecting the end-to-end solution in the processarea
    • Designglobal template based on the bestpractices
    • Prepareblueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testingstrategy, cutover plans, training in the SAP Salesmodules
    • DefineIntegration points across functional areas, data requirements forthe business processes and Define reporting requirements for thebusinessprocesses
    • Identifyrequired enhancements that is provided by the standard SAPapplication
    • Provideleadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshopsand support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge ofindustry best practices and application of global SAPimplementationexperience
    • Guidecomplex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gapanalysis and design decisions completed by less experienced teammembers; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality havesufficient business justification and positive valueproposition
    • Ownoverall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions,enhancements, forms, and/or workflow(RICEFW)
    • Providestrong functional understanding ofS/4HANA
    • Understandthe evolving SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and provide advice tocustomers on the S/4HANA adoptionjourney
