    Description
    • Undertake research for theidentified services and provide meaningful market driven advice andhave full responsibility of the projectdeliverables.
    • Review the work undertaken by thejunior staff members to ensure that quality of output ismaintained.
    • Mentor and coach junior staffmembers in the team.
    • Undertake feasibility andhighest and best use studies, assess risk and financialfeasibility.
    • Liaise with sub consultants andother professionals where required to deliverresults.
    • Have an understanding and appreciationof Middle East macro-economics and drivers of developmentstrategies and real estate sector growth.
    • Keepabreast of key trends/developments in real estate regionally andglobally in order to provide an informedopinion.
    • Refer business leads or otherpotential fee earning opportunities into other parts of the MiddleEast and Global business.
    • Contribute tobusiness development including proposal writing and attendingnetwork events.

    GlobalLiaison

    • Liaise withother internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Crosssell opportunities into local and internationalteams.

    ClientCare

    • As the projectmanager you are expected to be the client liaison and communicatefully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the deliveryof tasks are managed in an efficient and professionalmanner.

    • Build andmaintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective andexisting clients at all times in order to foster the professionalimage of thePartnership.
