    Asthe Senior Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role inoverseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements


    Your responsibilities willinclude:

    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly andannual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance withaccounting standards.

    Budgetingand Forecasting:
    Lead the budgeting and forecasting process workingclosely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts andbudgets aligned with organizationalgoals.

    Financial Analysis:
    Conduct indepth financial analysis including variance analysistrend analysis and profitability analysis to provide insights andrecommendations for improving financialperformance.

    Internal Controls:
    Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures tosafeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financialpolicies and regulations.

    AuditManagement:
    Coordinate and manage financial audits liaising withexternal auditors to facilitate the audit process and address anyaudit findings orrecommendations.

    Cash FlowManagement:
    Monitor cash flow manage banking relationships andoptimize cash management strategies to ensure sufficient liquidityand funding for operations.

    TaxCompliance:

    Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulationsincluding timely filing of tax returns managing tax audits andimplementing tax planning strategies to minimize taxliabilities.


    ProcessImprovement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvement andefficiency enhancement within the financial department implementingbest practices to streamline workflows and optimize resourceallocation.


    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidancetraining and support to foster a culture of excellence andcontinuousimprovement.

    Requirements


    Tobe successful in this role you should possess the followingqualifications:

    Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or a related field (Masters degree or CPA/CA certificationpreferred).
    At least 710 years ofprogressive experience in financial management with a focus onfinancial reporting budgeting andanalysis.
    Strong technicalaccounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles andstandards.
    Experience in managingfinancial audits including coordination with externalauditors.
    Advanced proficiency infinancial analysis modeling andforecasting.
    Excellent leadershipand communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
    Strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach toidentifying and addressing financialchallenges.
    Proficiency infinancial software and tools with experience in ERP systemspreferred.
    Ethical conduct andcommitment to maintaining financialintegrity.

    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field(Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a CFO or in asenior financial leadership role.
