Assist in membership sales inquiriesthrough any channel (website, social media, phone,etc.)
Book all member appointments for thepreferred club in the designated CRMsystem.
Manage membership renewals and offerupgrade and upsell options tocustomers.
Regularly do member service callsto ensure service quality and ensure resolution of queries withintheir scope.
Collaborate with other teammembers and departments to resolve complex customer issues andescalate unresolved matters to the appropriate level ofmanagement.
Meet or exceed individual and teamperformance targets, including membership sales and renewals, callquality, productivity, and customer satisfactionmetrics.
Continuously strive to improveknowledge of products, services, and procedures through ongoingtraining and development initiatives.

Qualifications
