    Emnoca Digital MarketingCompany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager tooversee our retail operations in Dubai. The Store Manager will beresponsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ourretail store managing a team of sales associates and deliveringexceptional customer service to enhance the overall shoppingexperience.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Overseeall aspects of the retail store operations including salesinventory management customer service and employeeperformance.
    • Developand implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets andmaximizeprofitability.
    • Trainmotivate and coach sales associates to deliver excellent customerservice and meet salesgoals.
    • Monitorinventory levels conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuraterecordkeeping.
    • Coordinatewith suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment ofmerchandise and manage productassortments.
    • Analyzesales data market trends and customer feedback to identifyopportunities for growth andimprovement.
    • Maintaina clean organized and visually appealing store environment thatreflects the Emnoca brandimage.
    • Implementsecurity measures and loss prevention protocols to minimizeshrinkage and protect companyassets.
    • Fostera positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamworkcreativity and professionaldevelopment.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends competitor activities and emergingtechnologies in the retail and digital marketingspace.

    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.Masters degreepreferred.
    • Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamto achieve goals andtargets.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with customers colleagues andvendors.
    • Solidunderstanding of retail operations sales techniques and customerserviceprinciples.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and retail managementsoftware.
