    Job Title:Integration DeveloperInformatica

    JobPurpose:

    The job purpose of anIntegration developer is to oversee and manage the seamlessintegration of systems processes or technologies within anorganization. The primary objective is to ensure that differentcomponents can effectively work together enabling efficient dataflow improved operational processes and enhanced overallperformance. The integration developer is responsible forstrategically planning and executing integration projectscoordinating with stakeholders analyzing requirements mitigatingrisks ensuring quality control and driving continuous improvement.Ultimately the goal is to facilitate successful integrationinitiatives that align with the organizations objectives optimizeefficiency and contribute to overall business success.Designdevelop the solution facilitate the development and supportof core modules of the Enterprise. Develop and technicalspecifications to address new/change requirements to meet thebusiness requirements and technologychanges.

    Qualifications Experience&Skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzingdata integration requirements analysing data sources and targetsbusiness rules and transformation logic
    • Designdevelop and maintain Informatica cloud data integration processesusing the appropriate data load technique including PushDownOptimization for performance optimization
    • Workswith nontechnical subject matter experts to understand underlyingdata behaviour and characteristics in ways that will be new forsuch nontechnical people.
    • Ensure industrystandard approach followed for all types ofintegrations.
    • Independently analyzes anddocuments impacts of business requests on existingsystem.
    • Create and refine technicaldocumentation and fallback mechanism.
    • Createand maintain processes/programs to adapt to changes in needs andrequirements.

    Academic:

    • Abachelors degree in a relevant field such as computer scienceinformation technology or engineering is typicallyrequired.
    • A masters degree or additionalcertifications in areas such as project management or businessprocess management can beadvantageous.

    Technical:

    • CloudData and Application Integration R38 Professional Certification isa must.
    • PMI ACP Certification will be anadvantage.
    • TOGAF Certification will be anadvantage.

    Experience:

    • Provenexperience in managing integration projects and initiativespreferably in a similar role as an Integration Technical lead or arelated position.
    • Experience with integratingdiverse systems applications and technologies within complex ITenvironments.
    • Strong knowledge of variousintegration methodologies such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)Application Programming Interface (API) management orserviceoriented architecture (SOA).
    • Knowledgeof industryspecific integration challenges standards andregulations if applicable.
    • Create artifactsfrom the perspective of technology product domain andinfrastructure as applicable
    • Provide dataanalysis to support new project definition/design totroubleshoot/resolve issues with existing subjectareas
    • Follow established standards and bestpractices and provide input for improvement of thoseprocesses

    Skills:

    • IICS:Cloud Data Integration Services.
    • CloudApplication Integration Services forDevelopers
    • Expertise with the IICS command lineutility.
    • Experience with Java scripttransformations in IICS
    • Strong understanding ofdata integration transformation and mappingprocesses.
    • Well versed with all types ofsecurity and data privacy elements ofintegration.
    • Strong technical knowledge ofintegration concepts adapters patterns andprotocols.
    • Expertise with relevant technologiesand protocols such as RESTful SOAP XML JSON and messaging systems(e.g. JMS) service Oriented and Event Driven architecture(SOA/EDA).
    • Analytical and problemsolving skillsto identify integration requirements evaluate system compatibilityand troubleshoot issues.
    • Solid understanding ofData integration Data Quality data Architecture and Master DataManagement project life cycle Phases best practices andprocesses
    • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersfrom various departments and levels within theorganization.
    • Ability to clearly conveytechnical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and translatebusiness requirements into technicalspecifications.
    • Strong negotiation andinfluencing skills to manage expectations resolve conflicts andalign integration initiatives with organizationalgoals.
    • Collaborative mindset and the ability towork well in crossfunctional teams including developers architectsbusiness analysts and project managers.
    • Abilityto establish and maintain relationships with external vendorspartners or service providers involved in integrationprojects.
    • Strong presentation skills to deliverupdates reports and recommendations to management and otherrelevantstakeholders.
