    Requirements

    • CompletedMatric and Tertiary Qualifications (NFQ Level4)

    Responsibilities
    • Addingall deals to hubspot for thecompany
    • Analysedata on hubspot - how many deals are being uploaded andproductivity of sales & marketingpeople and report to the business developmentmanager
    • Sendingemails on behalf when necessary and booking daily shipments withcouriers
    • Followup with clients on deals on thepipeline
    • Liaisingwith internal and external team members on various projects andtasks
    • Planand orchestrate work to ensure the teams priorities are met,organisational goals are achieved, andbest practices areupheld
    • Manageprofessional and personal scheduling for management, includingagendas, mail, email, calls, travelarrangements, client management, and other companylogistics
    • Coordinatecomplex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well asmanagement of content and flow ofinformation to seniorexecutives
    • Respondingto emails and document requests on behalf ofexecutives
    • Providesupport to the team as directed to ensure that company goals andobjectives are accomplished, andoperations runefficiently
    • Performadministrative and office support, such as typing, dictation,spreadsheet creation, faxing, andmaintenance of filing system and contactdatabase
